  • Computer Reports

  1. Average Response Time: This report gives the number of calls and the average response times broken down by nurse station and shift. This report could also be printed for a group of rooms such as a managed care wing.

  2. Calls by room: This shows all rooms and displays data giving the number of calls and average response time for each room.

  3. Calls for one room: Displays call light activity for one room and also gives the average response time for this room.

  4. Summary of calls by time: Displays the number of calls received in each hour of the day and the percentage that were answered under 3 minutes.

  5. Longest calls: Displays calls sorted by the longest response times.

  6. List of all call activity: Displays all calls recorded giving date, time, room number, and elapsed time to answer call.

  • Computer

    Omniwatch does not require the purchase of a new computer. Any computer at the facility can be used. The only requirements are that it can run Windows programs. If the facility computers are on a network then the call light data will be available at any computer.



  • Radio Paging

    A message is sent to a pocket pager displaying the room number when a call light is turned on.


  • Email, SMS, Two Way Radio and Computer Display Option

    A dedicated computer can be connected to the Omniwatch control panel to display the active calls and send an email or SMS message to a cell phone. Can send out daily or weekly email reports of long calls and activate a relay if a call is on to long. Also with an option to key a two way radio and speak over it with the name of the room that has placed the call. Includes a Web Server to see the current active calls by using a web browser. This can be done using a cell phone or tablet with WIFI pointed at the nurse call compter.


  • Hardware Installation

    A microcomputer control panel is installed at each nursing station and is wired to the call light annunciator lamps. A data cable is used connecting the station control panels to an office computer.

What's New

  • Revised Aiphone NHX Interface

    1. Has RS232 output to allow the main Omniwatch Panel to be mounted further away.
    2. Add on to Aiphone NHX nurse call system to provide computer reports of call light activity.
    3. Can also provide radio paging, email and two way radio announcements.


  • New call light data input PC board

    1. Reads the input voltage level to determine the type of call.
    2. Can be programmed to set the voltage range for a call on or off.
    3. Works with Rauland NCS3000, Dukane Procare 2000 and systems with multiple voltage levels.


  • Computer display of active calls, email, SMS and Web Server

    1. Addon to model 400 control panel.
    2. Displays active calls on a computer.
    3. Computer can send an email to a cell phone. Can also send a SMS text message.
    4. Computer can speak over a two way radio with the call information.
    5. Web Server of calls. Use a browser with WIFI to see calls in system.
    6. Connects to the computer with a serial connection.
    7. Can send out a daily or weekly email report of all the long calls.
    8. Can activate an external device (light, buzzer, or other device) when a call is on to long.


  • Control panel model 410

    1. Reads call light status and sends it to a computer.
    2. The computer displays the active calls and can send an email.
    3. The computer can also speak the call information over a two way radio.
    4. The computer has basic call light activity reporting.

  • Control panel model 400

    1. Uses a reduced number of circuit boards to lower the cost.
    2. Has more than 5 times the memory to store the call data.
    3. The message length sent to the pager is much longer.
    4. Has a relay output when a call is on or if a call is on for a certain number of minutes.


  • Radio Pager Interface

    1. Now built into each control panel is an interface to a pocket pager system.
    2. The room number and the call status (normal or emergency) is displayed on an alpha-numeric beeper.
    3. Now includes group paging and wide area paging options.
    4. Has 2 levels of page escalaion


  • Windows software version 4.5

    1. The windows version of the Omniwatch program can be run on Windows 9X,W2k,XP,Vista,7,8,10,11.
    2. Includes ability to display call light data as a graph.
    3. Call light data can be downloaded automatically.
    4. Has a custom database filter for more report options
    5. Can now save reports as a PDF file.
    6. The PDF export function has been updated in version 4.4.5.0
